• Khatra Adibasi Mahavidyalaya runs National Service Scheme under the B.U., sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resourse Development, Govt. of India.
• Three P.O.’s assisted by an Advisory Committee, over  see the N.S.S. activities. Involvement of Urban and rural youth in constructive and developmental programmes in rural sector, participation of socio-economic life of the community, fostering national integration are some of the objectives of N.S.S. N.S.S. section is also another pride part of our college.
• This section runs successfully not only in the area of gardening, cleansing, cultural harmony but also in collecting most valuable need of life, i.e., blood through regular blood donation camp.
• We feel highly pleasure to inform that a group of N.S.S. volunteers were participated at the inter college camp at Bankura Christian College at the end of April 2012. They have secured 1st position in overall activities.
• We have organised two day seminar on "Socio-Environmental Hazards: Threats & Therapy" on 26-27 July 2016
