Khatra Adibasi Mahavidyalaya has instituted an Anti-Ragging Cell under the guidance of the Principal, aligning with UGC directives. Our foremost aim is to uphold academic standards while fostering a supportive environment where every student can thrive without encountering harassment or coercion.

Outlined below are our specific Objectives and Activities:

1. Zero-tolerance Policy: We maintain an unwavering stance against ragging in any manifestation, aiming to eradicate this detrimental practice from our campus.

2. Awareness and Education: During the Student Induction Programme, faculty members educate both incoming and senior students on the college's anti-ragging protocols. Our goal is to ensure that every member of our community comprehends the severity of ragging and their responsibility in preventing it.

3. Vigilant Monitoring: The Anti-ragging Cell collaborates closely with departments and the Students' Council to diligently monitor students and promptly report any untoward incidents. Our objective is to ensure swift and appropriate action in response to any instances of ragging.

4. Continuous Monitoring and Feedback: Encourage mentors to maintain regular communication with their mentees to monitor their well-being and address any issues related to ragging promptly.

Through the implementation of these aims and objectives, we endeavor to cultivate a campus environment where all individuals feel secure, respected, and empowered to fully engage in their academic pursuits.
