The Teachers’ Council is an established body tasked with promoting and regulating teaching standards. It ensures quality assurance in teaching, learning, and evaluation, supporting teachers while maintaining and enhancing the profession's standards. The Council's mission is to provide safe and high-quality leadership and educational experiences for all College stakeholders. Additionally, it oversees the design and implementation of plans related to the College's academic health, covering admissions, examinations, sports, seminars, cultural activities, extension activities, and research. All full-time teachers in substantive posts are members of the Teachers’ Council, with the Principal serving as the  President. The Council forms various sub-committees from the teaching staff, and its meetings are presided over by the Principal. Through its committees, the council ensures that the college's academic programs are well-designed and effectively implemented to meet the needs of the students and the broader academic community.
